The Structure

The villa is surrounded by a garden with sunbathing areas, in a secluded hilltop location, ideal for moments of open-air relaxation.

The Cielo and Terra apartments are independent and offer different views, either over the lake or the surrounding greenery. The swimming pool and the small garden are not for the exclusive use of guests.

Each flat also comes with a private parking space on site, so you can start your holiday with complete peace of mind.

What to see in the surrounding area

Historic centre of Malcesine

The historic centre of Malcesine is reached by a walk of about 20 minutes along the lakefront. Here you'll find the Scaligero Castle, the harbour, and the characteristic narrow streets of the village, perfect for exploring slowly, browsing shop windows, with the lake always just a stone's throw away.

Mount Baldo

The cable car that takes you up to Monte Baldo sets off from the centre of Malcesine. It’s an easy day trip to organise whilst you’re staying there, allowing you to leave the lake level behind for a few hours and see the landscape from a different perspective.

The lake beaches

The lake’s beaches are about a 10-minute walk from the villa. Lido Sopri offers easy access to the water for a relaxing day out or a swim, without needing to use the car and whilst staying close to Villa Helga.
